So honestly bad service. Not to pull to a race card, but as the only black male that was in the line a the moment, being ignored totally was not a good feeling. Walked to the front window waited, did not receive service at any point. Every body else in that line received service on the other hand. Walked to the drive thru, got service finally, and was immediately dismissed that I had to go to the second window not the first (I was just there btw). Proceeded to walk back to the second windows, still did not get service. Had to be me walking across the street to Taco Bell, get a previous co worker who was luckily about to clock off to finally get service. So far experience in westland 1-3. Not sure how to comment back to owner, but if the couple infront of me gets their order taken, and the couple behind me gets their order taken. The only similarity, and difference between the two couples and I is the color of their skin. I am not sure how I was ment to not take it as a race issue. Pls enlighten me.

Ice Cream is always a delicious decision on a hot day and this was yummy, fast and great amount of seats too! The pup cups are good if you don't mind letting your fur baby eat ice cream!

I usually stop there for a sweet treat 2 times a month and its the only place i go to for ice cream. I too own and operate a local business in westland. The staff/management/ownership have visited my store regularly and i appreciate their patronage as they do mine. We all work hard to make our guest feel welcomed and satisfied with each and every visit. Kerp up the great work to u all ill b in there soon for some choc chip cookie dough. Thk u always!!

My partner and I have been coming here in rain, shine, and snow both walk-up and drive thru and every single experience has been great! The staff here are very friendly and provide speedy service. Even with super long drive-thru lines they have staff running to the cars taking orders/payment and bringing out orders to keep the line moving quickly. Don’t be put off by the small parking lot, there’s a side street you can easily park on if needed!

Love Dairy Dan, been going there since I was a kid, and even as an adult Everytime we are in town that is one of our stops at least once if not twice. Everything is always great from the selection, taste, cost and exceptional customer service! We can't wait to visit again in a few months!
